(57)【要約】 【目的】 導電性高分子物質の電導度を高めるととも に、固体電解コンデンサのESRの低下と耐熱性の向上 を図る。 【構成】 弁作用金属箔に誘電体酸化被膜を形成した 後、化学重合により化学酸化重合膜を形成し、次いで電 解重合液中に浸漬して電解重合により同化学酸化重合膜 上に導電性高分子物質よりなる電解重合膜を形成するに あたって、電解重合液中に少なくとも1つ以上のシアノ 基を有する2置換ベンゼン化合物を添加する。
PURPOSE: Not only to enhance conductive high-molecular material in electrical conductivity but also to enable a solid-state electrolytic capacitor to be lessened in ESR(equivalent series resistance) and enhanced in heat resistance. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric oxide film is formed on a valve-action metal foil, then a chemical oxidation polymer film is formed by chemical polymerization, and the valve-action metal foil is dipped into electrolytic polymerizing solution to form an electrolytic polymer film of conductive high molecular material on the chemical oxidation polymer film by electrolytic polymerization.
